Why we might not need Aquant

Despite what seems a more polished UI / UX compared to CTS KS, technical analysis reveals significant functional redundancy. We prioritize owning our intelligence over "double spending."

1. Functional Redundancy
We already built search. CTS Knowledge Search ingests Salesforce Cases, RDS Reports, and SRC. Paying for Aquant is "double spending."
2. The "Triage / Troubleshooting" Gap is Covered
Aquant’s main differentiator is their built-in Agent Library (Troubleshooting Agent, etc.). However, our technicians operate under strict Technical Briefs and use mandatory SAP FSM Smartforms. They already have access to historical service documents and troubleshooting guides via CTS KS.
3. Integration Friction
Aquant requires new connectors to extract data. CTS KS is already fully integrated into the Siemens Energy data landscape.
